We are more than happy to accommodate requests for donations whenever possible. Our donation item(s) vary based on stock at hand. 

Please read through our donation policy carefully.

  • Requests are limited to one charitable event per year per non-profit organization.
  • We are unfortunately unable to accommodate any out-of-area or out-of-state donation requests at this time.
  • We have a limited number of items we can donate per quarter. 
  • At this time, we cannot make any contributions including sponsorships to schools, school functions, churches, political, or religious affiliations.
  • Requests can be made 30 to 90 before your event. 
  • All donations must be picked up from us prior to the Friday before your event date. Donations not picked up by the event date given will not be distributed.

We try our best to see if there is anything we can offer to each request. We are honored to show our support to our loving and supporting community. All requests made within the guidelines outlined above, but we cannot guarantee that a donation will be made to your organization.

Please submit all requests by completing the form below and allow at least one week for a response.
All responses will be given in email to those requests that are approved.
Please provide a donation receipt prior to or at time of pickup.
