Wholesale FAQ

What is your order minimum and case pack minimum?

All our glass candles and wax melts come in case packs of four. First orders are a minimum of $275 which is approximately 24 glass candles. 

What is your reorder minimum?

There is no reorder minimum. We want you to be able to restock top sellers as often as needed.

What is your lead time?

Our lead time is 3-5 business days for all TRH products.  Brandless candle orders require a lead time of 5-10 business days (possibly longer on orders more than 300). Please note lead times are subject to change during the busy holiday season.

What is your tester policy?

Customers purchase products they can touch, and in this case, smell. Creating a scentscape in your store by burning testers is proven to increase sales. Please be sure to add testers when placing your order. Glass Candle Testers are $10. Wax melters are available for purchase for $13.50. Wax Melters are also available with a discounted Wax Melt for store use for $17. Wax Melts are an economical alternative to the traditional glass candle tester.

What are your payment terms?

Payment is due immediately upon placing an order. Orders will not be shipped until payment is received. Net60 day terms are available at TheRusticHouse.Faire.com.

How do I get sales tax exemption?

All customers that are sales tax exempt must provide a copy of their Sales Tax Exemption Certificate. We may be required to charge sales tax to all orders until a certificate is provided. Click here to upload your certificate.

How do you ship?

All orders are shipped from Chattanooga, TN. Orders ship Monday - Wednesday in the Summer Months and Monday - Thursday in the Winter Months via UPS. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges. You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking code when your order ships.

Do you offer samples?

Yes, we do! Please email sales@shoprustichouse.com with your Shop Name and mailing address for a sample kit of up to 10 scents you would like to try. See Shop By Scent for available scents.

Who do I contact for refunds or damage claims?

All claims for damaged goods or any other delivery issues must be reported within 5 business days from date of delivery. Please email sales@shoprustichouse.com to submit your claim along with photos of damaged goods.

Do you offer any wholesale resources?

Are your products 100% natural?

Our products are a blend of natural and synthetic ingredients and parabin free. We work closely with our chemists to remove all allergens and ensure that all ingredients adhere to strict safety standards set by the International Fragrance Association (IFRA). Please note that just because a product uses natural materials does not mean that it is safer or contains fewer allergens.

Are your candles made from soy wax?

Our wax is a proprietary soy-blend that was formulated for premium performance. We adhere to safety standards set by the International Fragrance Association (IFRA) as well as the National Candle Association (NCA) s. According to the NCA, validated scientific studies have shown that all major candle waxes produce virtually identical combustion byproducts. To date, no peer-reviewed scientific study has ever proven that candle wax emissions are harmful to human health.

Do your candle wicks contain metals?

Our candle wicks are made from 100% cotton and are lead and zinc free.

Other than candles and wax melts, do you offer any other wholesale products?

While we offer other items on our retail website such as artisan soap and candles made in hand-made pottery in collaboration with local small businesses.  However, as we do not manufacture these items, we cannot guarantee quantities and effective pricing as a wholesale option at this time.
